roadto36 provides ACT preparation content, including lessons, drills, practice tests, and score analytics. Some features are free; we may offer a paid "Pro" tier with additional content and analytics. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Original Content, Not Official ACT Material

The ACT is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc., which does not endorse, sponsor, or is not affiliated with roadto36. Questions, passages, and lessons on roadto36 are original content written to reflect the style, format, and difficulty of the official exam — they are not real ACT questions and are not licensed from or reviewed by ACT, Inc.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree not to share your account or misrepresent your identity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell roadto36's questions, lessons, or other content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Post abusive, illegal, or infringing content in the blog, comments, or elsewhere on the Service.

5. Content You Submit
